The Mute app — including all its materials (articles, reference guides, calendars, tips), trackers, questionnaires, and the AI companion — is informational and supportive in nature. The Service:

All decisions about your health and your child's health belong to your doctor. If the App's materials differ from your doctor's advice — follow your doctor.

4. Emergencies

The App is not an emergency service. If there is a threat to your life or health, or your child's, immediately call your local emergency number (112 in Russia) or seek urgent medical care. In Russia, free round-the-clock emotional support is available at 8-800-2000-122. The App may show these contacts, but it cannot call for help on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for the consequences of decisions made by you or third parties based on App materials or AI companion replies.
